Intimacy is only possible when we calm our mind, open our heart and fully accept who we are in any given moment (or at any present moment). Intimacy – with ourselves, with the other, with the world- begins from inside. During this workshop we will be using the map of the 5Rhythms to remind ourselves of the natural state of intimacy in the body.

This workshop is for anyone, no matter age, gender or physical fitness.

This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms® teacher trainings as 17 hours of Waves-level teaching.
