TRANSITIONS - 5Rhythms® workshop with Kat Pugowska, yoga and massage with Kasia Trevena, macrobiotic food with Jamie Trevena

The  Barycz Valley, a Natura 2000 protected area  – within Poland's largest nature reserve.

20th - 22nd March'26 (arriving date 19th March)

Our lives are stories of transition.

We are always crossing thresholds — leaving one chapter behind, stepping (sometimes stumbling) into the next. Births, endings, beginnings, heartbreaks, awakenings… every moment asks us to move, to adapt, to transform.

The 5Rhythms® practice offers us a map for these passages. Each rhythm — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — teaches us how to inhabit change, how to stay present inside the unknown, how to embody the transitions life constantly calls us into.

In this workshop, supported by live music, we will explore:

  • How to move fluidly from one rhythm to another

  • How to recognize and honor thresholds in your own life

  • How to stay rooted in your body through change

  • How to find freedom, resilience, and creativity in transition

This is an invitation to dance with life as it is — raw, unpredictable, alive — and discover new ways of meeting the next chapter.

No experience required. Just your willingness to move, feel, and listen.

*** The hours of all workshop qualify for the Waves requirement for the teacher training.

*** online prebooking is essential. Number of places are limited.

Our vineyard is located in a magical spot on the map of Poland – the  Barycz Valley, a Natura 2000 protected area  – within Poland's largest nature reserve.
Nature, the abundance of birds associated with the surrounding ponds, clean air, and the slow passage of time are all factors that should weigh heavily when choosing a place to relax.

The Milickie Ponds, which constitute the largest breeding ground for geese in Central Europe, are part of the global Living Lakes network. The list includes lakes such as Lake Baikal, the Dead Sea, Lake Balaton, Lake Titicaca, and Lake Victoria. For birdwatchers, we offer birdwatching.

History buffs will find magnificent palaces surrounded by old parks, interesting churches, half-timbered houses and country cottages built of bog iron.
Interestingly, both will often cross paths as they explore their respective passions.
The Barycz Valley is one of the few places where a unique and naturally valuable ecosystem was largely created by human activity.
